Delicious and so filling!! I put in only half a banana and I added 1/4 cup chia seeds and did a combination of mini and reg chocolate chips. It was a delicious breakfast and the protein in it made it really filling! Plan to make it weekly!
not crazy about the banana
hi, can i take out the flax seeds and hemp seeds? also can i sub the banana for blueberries. bananas arent good for my stomach
You can take out the flax and hemps seeds but the banana is adding moisture and sweetness to the bars and if you remove it, the batter may be too dry.
