15 grams protein powder
2 slices of white bread
a little bit of butter
honey or maple syrup or nutella or chocolate
1 egg
berries
50 milliliters almond milk
vanilla
cinammon
Mix together milk, egg, vanilla, cinammon and protein powder.
Soak your bread in the mixture, and then cook it on the pan with butter. Put it on the plate and add the toppings and berries.
