Pulled Beef Guacamole Nachos

Pulled beef with a scoop of Guacamole, topped with Pica de Gallo. Dip into it with nachos.

Ingredients

Pulled Beef

  • classic pulled beef recipe – I followed the recipe from the Balabusta’s  Choice #3 cookbook page 40

Guacamole

  • 2 ripe avocados, mashed

  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons raw, diced onions (white works best)

  • 1-2 splashes Gefen Soy Sauce

  • 1-2 splashes lemon juice

  • 3-4 teaspoons Salad Mate lemon garlic dressing (if more is necessary, I add mayonnaise)

  • sprinkle garlic powder

  • salt, to taste

  • pepper, to taste

Pica de Gallo

  • 2-3 tomatoes, diced into small pieces

  • red onion, finely diced

  • sprinkle cilantro

  • 1 splash lemon juice

  • salt, to taste

For Serving

  • Kravy Authentic Wonton Chips or tortillas

Directions

1.

Prepare the pulled beef and place in center of the plate.

2.

Mash the avocado, add spices add place it on top.

3.

Dice the tomatoes into very small pieces, mix with the remaining spice, and place the tomato salad around the guacamole on top of the pulled beef.

4.

Serve with Wonton Chips or tortillas.
