classic pulled beef recipe – I followed the recipe from the Balabusta’s Choice #3 cookbook page 40
2 ripe avocados, mashed
1 and 1/2 tablespoons raw, diced onions (white works best)
1-2 splashes Gefen Soy Sauce
1-2 splashes lemon juice

sprinkle garlic powder
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
2-3 tomatoes, diced into small pieces
red onion, finely diced
sprinkle cilantro
1 splash lemon juice
salt, to taste
Kravy Authentic Wonton Chips or tortillas

Mash the avocado, add spices add place it on top.
Dice the tomatoes into very small pieces, mix with the remaining spice, and place the tomato salad around the guacamole on top of the pulled beef.
