Ingredients

Quinoa with Duck Sausage

  • 1 and 1/2 cups cooked quinoa

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced or 2-3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • oil, for sautéing

  • 1 7-ounce (200-gram) package Pelleh Duck Merguez Sausage, diced

Directions

Prepare the Quinoa with Duck Sausage

1.

Sauté onion, garlic, and salt in oil for about 10 minutes.

2.

Add diced duck sausage and cook for an additional 20 minutes, until soft and fragrant.

3.

Add cooked quinoa to the pot and stir. Remove from heat and serve!
