Meet the new milkshake, where drink meets dessert in a decadent collision in which bigger is most definitely better. Appealing to both young and old as an occasional treat, anything goes; the only limit is your imagination.
12 scoops ice cream
1 cup milk
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
marshmallow fluff
mini colored meringues, pearl candies, or sprinkles, such as Pure Food by Estee Sprinkles
cotton candy
sugar cone, dipped in white chocolate and colored sprinkles
colored or striped marshmallows
big colorful lollipop
whipped cream
colorful straws
Blend ice cream, milk, strawberries, yogurt, and blueberries in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Prepare the glass you’ll be using. Add two to three drops of red food coloring to the glass and tilt to spread around a bit, then carefully pour shake into the glass.
Spread marshmallow fluff around the top of the glass and stick on meringues, candy, or sprinkles.
Build height with cotton candy, then add the cone (place it on a skewer for support). Add marshmallows and a colorful lollipop and finish off with whipped cream. Serve with colorful straws.
