Rainbow Marinated Salad

Directions

1. Place frozen vegetables in large bowl. Pour boiling water over vegetables, and let sit for 3 minutes. Drain water.
2. Cut red pepper into strips, and red onion into rings. Combine with baby corn, and add to frozen vegetables.
3. Mix marinade ingredients in a 2-pound container. Pour over vegetables. Allow to marinate at least 2 hours before serving.
