Ingredients

Red Rice

  • 1 TBS sugar

  • 2 1/4 tsp salt

  • 3/4 tsp paprika

  • 1 1/2 cups rice

  • 3 TBS oil

  • 1 small can tomato sauce

  • 3 1/2 cups boiling water

Directions

Prepare the Red Rice

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place all ingredients in 5×8 pan. Bake for 1 hour. Allow to cool for 5-10 mins and fluff with a fork.
