5 mint leaves
4 ounces watermelon juice (see note)
2 ounces vodka
ice
1 watermelon cube
sprig of mint
Tear mint leaves by hand and add them to the bottom of a shaker.
Add in watermelon juice, vodka and ice. Cover and shake well.
Pour into a glass and garnish with a watermelon cube skewered and pierced with a sprig of mint.
