These Hot Honey Chicken Poppers bring serious restaurant vibes right to your kitchen—without any complicated steps. They’re the perfect balance of crispy, saucy, sweet heat that makes them completely irresistible. Serve them as a fun appetizer, a game-day snack, or a dinner everyone will crowd around the pan for.
1 pound chicken breast, cut into small nugget-sized pieces
1 to 2 eggs
1 tablespoon Gefen Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 and 1/2 cups Gefen Honey
1/2 cup red hot sauce, such as Glicks
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine chicken, eggs, garlic powder, and paprika in a ziploc bag. Shake.
Coat in cornflake crumbs and lay out in a pan.
Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine honey and hot sauce.
After chicken has baked for 10 minutes, drizzle hot honey sauce over it and mix until all pieces are covered in sauce.
Bake for another eight to 10 minutes on 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
