Rice Crispy-Coated Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

Rice Crispy-Coated Chicken Fingers

  • 1/4 tablespoon black pepper

  • pinch of white pepper

  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal

  • 2 pounds chicken tenders

  • oil, for frying

Directions

1.

Set out three shallow dishes. Add flour to the first. In the second, whisk together the eggs, water, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and white pepper. Add the cereal to the third.

2.

Dredge the chicken in flour, then coat in the egg mixture, and then coat in the cereal.

3.

In a frying pan, heat oil. Deep fry the chicken until golden.
