Diets Rich and delicious! Take your basic rumball recipe or use the one we shared, and take it up a notch!
4 cups cake crumbs
1 egg
1 tablespoon coffee, dissolved in a dash of hot water
1 and 3/4 cups confection sugar, such as Gefen
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Gefen Rum Extract
3/4 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup Kineret Whipped Topping
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1/2 box Gefen Instant Chocolate Pudding
Combine all the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix well.
Put in the fridge to set for 1/2 hour.
Place the chocolate and whipped cream into a double boiler. Allow to melt fully over medium heat, and then allow to cool.
Beat the whip until stiff.
Add the vanilla and chocolate pudding. Mix lightly until combined.
Transfer into a piping bag with a star tip.
Start with adding two tablespoons of rum ball cake to the bottom of your cups.
Flatten the top with a spoon, add about one tablespoon of chocolate ganache on top, and pipe the chocolate pudding cream over it.
