Roasted Kohlrabi Discs


Ever since I purchased garlic salt, it’s been my go-to spice for everything—omelets, soup, grilled veggies…you get the idea.


1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Peel and slice kohlrabi into round discs. Mix with oil and spices.
3. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes.
