Ingredients

Roasted Pepper Salad

Directions

1.

Thinly slice your peppers and garlic.

2.

Place on a Gefen Parchment-lined cookie sheet.

3.

Sprinkle some salt and pepper.

4.

Drizzle generously with olive oil and roast for 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or until soft.

How much is 10 grams of baking soda?

10 grams is approximately two teaspoons of baking soda, but this recipe does not call for any! Happy cooking/baking! 🙂
