This is my favorite combo of spices to transform these chickpeas into heavenly flavored goodness. But don’t feel limited or intimidated by these choices. Feel free to skip or swap any spice to achieve your favorite and unique blend; think rosemary, basil, oregano, thyme, etc.
3 cans Glicks Chickpeas, drained
1/4 cup oil (see note)
2 tablespoons Pereg Chili Flakes
2 tablespoons Pereg Hot Paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Toss chickpeas with oil and spices.
Spread them out in a single layer on a Gefen Parchment Paper-lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes or until chickpeas are as crispy as desired.
