Rosé Popsicles (Two Ways)

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 bottle Herzog Lineage Rosé or other rosé wine

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1 grapefruit, squeezed

  • sugar or Stevia, to taste

  • prosecco or seltzer, to serve

  • sliced strawberries to stuff molds with or for garnish

Directions

For Frosé Pops

1.

Blend all ingredients besides sliced strawberries.

2.

Pour into molds or into freezie sleeves, and add sliced strawberries. Freeze.

For Frosé Cocktails

1.

Pour rosé into container and freeze overnight.

2.

When ready to serve, add rosé, strawberries, ice, and grapefruit juice to blender. Serve rosé topped with splash of prosecco and garnish with strawberry slices.
