This sweet and savory appetizer is a feast for the eyes, and with the Gefen Beets and Galilee Date Syrup, perfect for Rosh Hashanah. It can be assembled fresh on Yom Tov.

Prepare the Appetizer

  1. Place salmon in a bowl and drizzle olive oil over. Squeeze juice of one orange onto salmon.

  2. Add thyme, figs, and one sliced orange to bowl. Add Gefen Beets.

  3. Drizzle Galilee’s Silan Syrup on salmon and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
