Rosh Hashanah Silan & Beet Salmon Crudo Appetizer

Prepare the Appetizer
Place salmon in a bowl and drizzle olive oil over. Squeeze juice of one orange onto salmon.
Add thyme, figs, and one sliced orange to bowl. Add Gefen Beets.
