Ruby-Red Iced Tea

Ingredients

Ruby-Red Iced Tea

  • 4 heaping tablespoons rosehips

  • 3 tablespoons hibiscus

  • 4 cups boiling water

  • juice of 1 lemon or 3 tablespoons Gefen Lemon Juice

Directions

1.

Fill empty tea bags with rosehips and hibiscus and place in a 32-ounce mug or glass jar. Add boiling water and allow herbs to steep at least one hour.

2.

Gently squeeze tea bags and then discard them.

3.

Add lemon juice and honey and stir to combine.

4.

Pour into a pitcher and add cool water. Cover and refrigerate to chill completely. If you like, serve with ice.
