1. To a large bowl, add the ground salmon, dill, and scallions. Next, add lemon juice to bowl. Blend in mayo, cumin, salt, and almond flour. Mix all ingredients together and then let mixture rest for 20 minutes.
2. Portion out salmon mixture, making three-inch burger disks. Dust the round edges of each burger with sesame seeds.
3. Heat up a grilling pan. Grill on each side two to three minutes until brown.
