A great alternative to the hamburger, this burger is a great way to try a salmon dish. Serve on buns or over salad.

Prepare the Salmon Burgers

Yields 9 patties

  1. Combine fish, cilantro, scallion, spices, and lemon juice.

  2. Roll one small handful of mixture into a ball and flatten into a patty.

  3. Grill on grill pan or broil, four minutes on each side.
