Diets 10 ounces Glicks Ketchup
1 cup water, boiled
1/2 cup Gefen Vinegar
1 and 1/2 teaspoon Gefen Salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon pickling spices
salmon
Boil fish in water for 10-12 minutes. Cool. Remove skin and bones and place into glass dish.
Combine ingredients for marinade and pour over fish. Marinate for 48 hours prior use.
