low calorie, healthy and everyone loves it. put it anything and everything edible

Directions

1.

Dice all the vegetables.

2.

Put them in a pot with rest of the ingredients.

3.

Cook, stirring occasionally for one hour until thickened.

4.

Let cool to room temperature.

5.

Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Freezes well.
