Ingredients

Salsa

  • 1 tbs cumin

  • 1 (6oz) can tomato paste

  • 1/4 cup white vinegar

  • 4 or more large tomatoes (peeled)

  • 2 tbs. lemon juice

  • 1 large onion

  • large green pepper

  • 2-3 hot peppers (however hot you want it)

  • 6 or more garlic cloves

Directions

Prepare the Salsa

1.

Dice all the vegetables.

2.

Put them in a pot with rest of the ingredients.

3.

Cook, stirring occasionally for one hour until thickened.

4.

Let cool to room temperature.

5.

Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Freezes well.
