1 pound of chopped meat
1 big onion
1 cabbage
2 tablespoons of pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
3 meat bones
a pinch of oats
a half a bag of barley
2 cans of tomato sauce
Sauté onion until translucent.
Add the onions to the meat.
Add the oats.
Add the salt and pepper.
Boil the cabbage.
Take the leaves off.
Put the chopped meat on the leaves.
Roll the cabbage leaves.
Heat the sauce up for five minutes.
Add the barley.
Add the cabbage leaves.
Let it cook for two to three hours on low.
