Diets Chocolate, coffee, caramel and cream? This combination of flavors is a no-brainer in my book.
1 (10.5-ounce/300-gram) jar parve caramel cream (I used Best Select)
1 (16-ounce/450-gram) container nondairy creamer, chilled
1 cup chocolate liqueur (I use Godiva or Schmerling)
1/2 cup Lvov Vodka
ice
8 long pretzel rods
flaked sea salt, for sprinkling
Warm caramel cream in the microwave and spoon into a shallow bowl. Lightly dip the edges of 8 glasses into the cream to coat the rims. Drizzle caramel around the inside of each glass.
Place nondairy creamer, chocolate and coffee liqueurs, and vodka in a cocktail shaker or a large container. Cover and shake well.
Fill the glasses halfway with ice. Pour the liqueur and cream mixture over the ice. Place a pretzel rod into each glass and sprinkle with a pinch of flaked sea salt. Serve immediately.
