1 pound broiled chicken liver
2 onions, diced
1/2 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
dash of pepper
a dash of paprika
Cut liver into bite-size pieces. Set aside.
Sauté onion in oil until golden. Add liver and cook, covered, over low heat, for five minutes.
Add seasoning and cook for five minutes more.
Remove from heat. Leave pot covered until cooled.
