olive oil
2 cloves garlic
sliced mini peppers
grape tomatoes
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
sliced bread
sour cream
Heat olive oil on high heat.
Add the garlic, then the peppers, tomatoes, and seasonings. Sautee until starting to brown and the tomatoes are releasing their juices, then transfer peppers and tomatoes to a bowl (leave the garlic behind).
Add a little more oil to the pan, then add the bread and toast it, moving around so it doesn’t burn.
Fish out the garlic with a spatula. Smash it with a fork, then add to sour cream along with additional salt and pepper to taste. Combine all together.
Spread the flavored sour cream over the toast. Top with peppers and tomatoes.
