These deliciously easy cheese latkas will have your children begging you to make them again and again!!!
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until fully incorporated.
Heat a 10-inch skillet. Add a tablespoon of oil. Fry the latkas. Taste after the first one to adjust seasoning. Hide until supper because they will be gone beforehand.
