These deliciously easy cheese latkas will have your children begging you to make them again and again!!!

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 2 containers of ricotta cheese

  • 4 eggs

  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 2 teaspoons salt

  • 2 teaspoons pepper

  • 2 teaspoons black garlic salt

  • 2 teaspoons mushroom seasoning from trader joes

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

  • 1/2 bag of frozen spinach, defrosted and drained

Directions

Prepare the Latkas

1.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until fully incorporated.

2.

Heat a 10-inch skillet. Add a tablespoon of oil. Fry the latkas. Taste after the first one to adjust seasoning. Hide until supper because they will be gone beforehand.
