1 pound (450 grams) chopped meat, turkey, or chicken
1 egg
1/3 cup Gefen Cornflake Crumbs
1 squirt Glicks Ketchup
1 squirt mustard
paprika, salt, garlic powder, and minced onion, to taste
1 (15-ounce/425-gram) can Gefen Tomato Sauce
2 cups water
6-ounces (170 grams) Gefen Tomato Paste
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Glicks Ketchup
Combine all meatball ingredients in a large bowl.
Place all sauce ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
Roll meat mixture into one-inch balls and cook in the sauce for 30 minutes or until done.
