Savory Stuffed Mushrooms


The cracker is a great filler in this tasty dish.


Prepare the Savory Stuffed Mushrooms

1. In a large skillet, heat oil. Lower flame and sauté vegetables for 10 minutes.
2. Stir in crackers and spices and fry for three minutes.
3. Grease a baking sheet.
4. Remove stems from mushrooms and stuff with mixture. Place on baking sheet and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
5. Top with scallions prior to serving.
