260 grams plain flour
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 egg, to glaze
sesame
2 and 1/2 tablespoons tomato puree
1 and 1/2 heaping tablespoon mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon oregano/pizza spice
1 small clove garlic, diced
pinch black pepper
1 tablespoon oil
1/4 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon water
pinch of chilli pepper (optional)
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and boil the kettle.
Put the flour, sugar, salt, oil and boiling water in a bowl.
Knead into a dough.
Divide the dough into two.
Roll out dough thinly into a rectangle.
Egg the dough and sprinkle sesame on.
Cut into thin strips and twist.
Put them onto a tray (they don’t have to be spaced far apart as they don’t rise a lot).
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Blend all ingredients with a hand blender.
