1 medium red beet, shaved or thinly sliced
1 medium golden beet, shaved or thinly sliced
1 turnip, shaved or thinly sliced
1 carrot, shaved or thinly sliced
3 radishes, shaved or thinly sliced
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
4 tablespoons crushed hazelnuts or walnuts
Combine all vegetables in a salad bowl.
In a container, combine orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the vegetables and top with crushed nuts.
