1. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
2. Spread gnocchi and veggies on baking sheet. Toss with oil and salt.
3. Stick in the chicken bottoms.
4. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, duck sauce, barbecue sauce, and garlic. Brush on the chicken, making sure to spread some under the skin.
5. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour. Raise oven temperature to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 45 minutes.
