During the week I opt for recipes that use minimal dishes so I can avoid cleaning more pots and pans than necessary. This recipe is perfect for that: All you need is a cutting board, a knife and a sheet pan.
1 (12-ounce) package Italian chicken sausage, sliced
2 large carrots, sliced
1 red onion, chopped
2 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place sausage, carrots, onions, and Brussel sprouts on a sheet pan.
Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with paprika and garlic powder, and mix right on the pan, until oil and spices are evenly distributed.
Cook for 45 minutes.
