Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef

  • 2 eggs

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 1 cup quick cook oats

  • paprika, to taste

  • onion powder, to taste

  • garlic powder, to taste

  • salt, to taste

  • squirt of ketchup (optional)

  • marinara sauce

  • mashed potatoes

Directions

Prepare the Shepherd's Pie "Donuts"

1.

Mix together.

2.

Form “donuts” with large centers on parchment-covered cookie sheet.

3.

“Ice” with your favorite marinara sauce.

4.

Pipe your favorite mashed potato recipe into the center.

5.

Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes until potatoes slightly crusty and golden.
