A perfect start to any meal, be it formal or casual.
1 (8- to 10-oz.) bag shredded romaine lettuce
1/2 container grape tomatoes, sliced
4 thin slices turkey breast, shredded
4 thin slices pastrami, shredded
1 large handful Gefen Sweetened Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup honey-glazed almonds
1/4 cup Kedem Red Wine Vinegar or other red-wine vinegar
1/4 cup Gefen Honey
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Gefen Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Haddar Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon pepper
Toss all salad ingredients together in a large bowl or plate individually. Whisk together all the dressing ingredients, pour over, and toss.

Substitute Will the dressing still taste good if I sub the sugar for Xylitol or Stevia?

My favorite Deli Salad This is my go-to deli salad – simple and delicious! I also plate it as an appetizer and it’s always a hit 🙂
