These delicious carrots are a perfect and easy side dish!
1 tablespoon Haddar Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon Heaven & Earth Date Syrup
1 clove garlic, minced or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
3 tablespoons Bartenura Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
approximately 2 pounds thin carrots (preferably rainbow carrots), washed and peeled
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Mix together mustard, silan, garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Coat carrots with mustard mixture.
Lay flat on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes.
