  • 1 lb chop meat

  • tomato sauce or paste

  • oil for frying

  • 1 large onion, diced

  • salt

  • black pepper

  • onion powder

  • garlic powder

  • chili powder

Directions

Prepare the sloppy Jo’s

1.

Sauté your onions in a pan with oil until translucent.

2.

Add your meat and chop it up until it’s all broken down and cooked through.

3.

Add your salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and your tomato sauce or paste.

4.

Mix until well incorporated like 5 minutes about.
