1 pound ground beef
6 small flour tortillas
Gefen Salt, to taste
Pereg Pepper, to taste
shredded lettuce
sliced tomatoes
sliced Gefen Pickles
Thousand Island dressing
Place your tortillas on a work surface and press a mound of ground beef onto each tortilla. Spread the meat evenly all the way to the edges. Sprinkle salt and pepper onto the meat.
Grill (or pan sear) meat-side down for about two to three minutes. Then, flip and cook for an additional minute or two. Since the meat is so thin, they cook fairly quickly.
Remove from heat and load up with toppings and dressing. Enjoy immediately.
