A good pasta salad is a picnic right of passage. This one combines delicious summer flavors like beautiful heirloom tomatoes and corn.
1 box tri-color rotini pasta, cooked according to package directions
2 packages Tirat Zvi Smoked Turkey Strips
1 large avocado, diced
1 cup cherry heirloom tomatoes, halved
1/2 can of corn
1 small red onion, sliced
1 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons dried dill, such as Gefen or 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 and 1/2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
1 teaspoon Tuscanini Apple Cider Vinegar
Whisk together the dressing.
Combine the salad ingredients and toss with dressing. If you’d like to make the salad in advance, combine everything except the avocado and add that just before serving.
