5 whole graham crackers
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup plus 1/2 cup whipping cream, divided
1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
4 and 1/2 ounces good quality chocolate, roughly chopped
mini marshmallows, for topping
Process the graham crackers in a food processor to rough crumbs.
Combine crumbs with melted butter. Add to the bottom of your serving cups.
Beat one cup whipping cream until stiff peaks. Add fluff to the whipped cream and combine. Pipe on top of the crumb mixture in the serving cups.
On high heat, melt the remaining half cup of whipping cream until boiling. Pour on top of the chopped chocolate and let sit for a minute or two. Stir to combine.
Dollop the ganache on top of the whipped cream in the serving cups. Top with marshmallows.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
