Submitted by Penina K This recipe seems like a no-brainer but then again, no-one’s ever served it to me before 🙂 Inspiration came when after years of refusing to taste mushrooms, I discovered their delicious and savory taste. Everyone who’s tried this recipe was thrilled with the easy preparation and delicious results.
2 chicken bottoms
1 box mushrooms (about 10 small)
1 onion
10 cloves garlic
garlic salt
paprika
oil spray
Dice mushrooms and onions. Slice garlic. Toss.
Lay half on bottom of pan. Place chicken bottoms over it.
Spray chicken and spice generously with garlic salt and paprika.
Spread the rest of mushrooms, onions, and garlic on top.
Bake covered on 340 degrees Fahrenheit for two hours. Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes on 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
