Ingredients

Snack Bag Chicken Salad

  • 1 cup barbecue snack bags

  • 1 cup ripple potato chips

  • 1/2 cup crispy fried onions

  • 1 pound chicken nuggets

  • 2 eggs, whisked

Dressing

Directions

Prepare the Chicken

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.

2.

Place Bissli, chips, and crispy onions in a bag and crush.

3.

Coat nuggets in egg, then crumbs, and place on baking sheet. Spray with oil.

4.

Bake for 15 minutes.

To Serve

1.

Combine dressing ingredients and shake until smooth.

2.

Layer lettuce, cucumbers, and chicken.

3.

In a container, combine dressing ingredients. Drizzle over salad and toss prior to serving.

Tips:

Pour the excess crumbs from the baking tray over the salad for extra crunch.
