Whatever snacks or chips you use, this salad is sure to be a hit.
1 cup barbecue snack bags
1 cup ripple potato chips
1/2 cup crispy fried onions
1 pound chicken nuggets
2 eggs, whisked
8 ounces lettuce
4 Kirby cucumbers
1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
2 tablespoons Gefen Honey
2 teaspoons Gefen Mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Place Bissli, chips, and crispy onions in a bag and crush.
Coat nuggets in egg, then crumbs, and place on baking sheet. Spray with oil.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Combine dressing ingredients and shake until smooth.
Layer lettuce, cucumbers, and chicken.
In a container, combine dressing ingredients. Drizzle over salad and toss prior to serving.
