Diets Most of the mishloach manos we receive each year are geared toward the kids. I love the idea of creating a package that appeals to the adults, too.
store-bought trail mix
store-bought fancy popcorn
Chocolate-Covered Graham Crackers (recipe below)
ribbon
12 graham crackers, cut in half
3 ounces Geneve Baking Chocolate
3 ounces white baking chocolate
1 teaspoon oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil, divided
graham cracker crumbs
crushed nuts
Place each kind of baking chocolate in a separate microwave-safe bowl. Add 1/2 teaspoon oil to each.
Microwave at 30-second intervals, mixing between intervals, until smooth.
Dip half of each graham cracker in the brown chocolate and the other half in the white chocolate.
Top the brown squares with mini marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs.
Top the white squares with crushed nuts of your choice.
Freeze until chocolate is dry and set.
Place each of the components in a large Lucite box.
Stack the boxes.
Wrap a ribbon around the stack and tie in a bow.

Can this be prepared in advance and kept in the fridge? or will it become soggy?
You can definitely prep it in advance, but I wouldn’t store it in the fridge—just keep it at room temp. For best results, try to make it as close to Purim as possible!
How about keeping it in the freezer until Purim?
You can store the chocolate-covered graham crackers in the freezer- I wouldn’t put the trail mix or popcorn in the freezer though..
