25 fresh mint leaves, washed
3 lemons
1 orange
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups water
3 cups ice cubes
Peel and remove the membranes from the lemons and orange, and place into a blender.
Add mint leaves and sugar, and pulse until the mint leaves are chopped.
Add water and ice cubes and blend until smooth.
Serve right away, and garnish with some more mint leaves.
