This bubbly grapefruit drink is so refreshing to serve along with your main dish!

Prepare the syrup before, so not much work is left to prepare before serving.

Ingredients

Fizzling Grapefruit

  • 1 and 1/2 cups sugar

  • 1 and 1/2 cups cold water

  • 1 and 1/2 cups grapefruit juice

  • 1 bottle of seltzer (1 liter)

  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and sliced

  • ice cubes, to serve

Directions

1.

Combine sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat.

2.

Cook until sugar has dissolved, add grapefruit juice.

3.

Transfer mixture in container, or jug refrigerated for about a half hour, or until ready to use.

4.

Add seltzer ice cubes and grapefruit slices before serving.
