Special Burger Sauce

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 tablespoon adobo sauce, from a can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

  • 1 tablespoon jarred white horseradish

Directions

In a bowl, combine ketchup, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, barbecue sauce, yellow mustard, garlic, lemon juice, adobo sauce, and white horseradish, mixing until smooth and creamy.

Store in the fridge in an airtight container until ready to use, up to one month.
