We call this “house sauce” in my home. It’s a mash-up of ketchup and barbecue sauce, but with a twist. I bring it out for everything from burgers, hot dogs, and grilled chicken to French fries. Yield: 2 cups
1 and 1/4 cups Glicks Ketchup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2/3 cup Haddar Dijon Mustard
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup yellow mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon adobo sauce, from a can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 tablespoon jarred white horseradish
In a bowl, combine ketchup, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, barbecue sauce, yellow mustard, garlic, lemon juice, adobo sauce, and white horseradish, mixing until smooth and creamy.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container until ready to use, up to one month.
