Log in to your account
Place fish in 9/13″ baking dish.
Sprinkle with garlic, pepper and basil and let stand for at least 1/2 hour. (May be covered and left in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.)
Mix tomato sauce, water & oil. Pour over fish.
Bake uncovered, at 400°F for 40 minutes. (Fish should not be dried out.)
Squeeze lemon over fish.
Notes:
May be served hot or cold.
