This is a great marinade for chicken cutlets.
4 chicken cutlets, flattened
1/2 cup oil, such as Tonnelli
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
Cut flattened chicken cutlets into strips. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl for the marinade.
Add chicken strips and let marinade for at least a half hour (the longer you marinate, the better and softer the chicken will taste).
Grill for 15 minutes or until soft.
