1 banana pepper, sliced
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 jalapeño pepper, sliced
salt
1 eggplant, cubed
oil
2 red peppers, cut in strips
juice of 1 lemon
5 garlic cloves
bunch of cilantro
4 chicken thighs
3 teaspoons paprika
Heat oil.
Add garlic and chicken, skin side down.
When skin is crispy, flip and add all vegetables.
Add water to cover chicken.
Mix paprika and turmeric with oil so it forms a paste.
Spread over chicken.
Sprinkle salt.
Cook covered for one hour.
