4 fillets salmon, skin removed, washed and cut into cubes
2 jalapenos, deseeded if desired
1 medium bell pepper, diced large
1 tomato, diced large
3-4 heads of garlic
1/2 can Gefen Tomato Sauce
pinch of sugar
white pepper
cumin
salt
Heat canola oil in a large skillet on high.
Fry peppers and tomatoes. Add the jalapenos. Let it cook down, stirring frequently so it doesn’t burn.
Add in the tomato sauce and garlic and seasonings and stir. Let cook for 10 minutes.
Add in a pinch of sugar. Add fish, let cook for 15 minutes.
