Spicy Moroccan Fish for Shabbos

Prepare the Fish For Shabbos

1. Heat canola oil in a large skillet on high.
2. Fry peppers and tomatoes. Add the jalapenos. Let it cook down, stirring frequently so it doesn’t burn.
3. Add in the tomato sauce and garlic and seasonings and stir. Let cook for 10 minutes.
4. Add in a pinch of sugar. Add fish, let cook for 15 minutes.
