1. In a large bowl, add ground beef.
2. In a food processor, mix spinach, onion, and garlic. Add to the ground beef and mix.
3. Add egg, bread crumbs, chicken seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix.
4. Shape your burgers. Add oil to a frying pan and fry on each side for four minutes on medium flame. (These turn out medium rare. For well cooked burgers, I place in the oven after frying to bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for an additional 10 minutes.)
